Chapati

I really love and enjoy cooking that’s why I can’t avoid this category from my blog. Even though I am not an expert cook and I only know few recipes, I would still want to share my cooking experience with you. I have noticed that few of my friends hate to cook chapatis/rotis as it is hard to make the dough and give the chapati a round shape. Yeah it was hard for me too, in the beginning, but as I practice it for few days (after so many failures); I learned to make the dough so easily and gave the chapati a perfect round shape. Actually there is some little technique here like the amount of water boiled should be very less if you want to cook 2/4 chapattis. If the amount of water and flour is balanced and mixed properly, the dough would be softer and easier to roll which then can easily turn out in a round shaped chapati. Actually cooking is not that tough, all we need is some common sense; lot of patient and most especially passion for food.
